Editorial policy

We organize information regarding the Recruit Group's CSR around our five core themes and publish this content online. We strive to cover the full range of information that should be disclosed to all stakeholders interested in our business.

Reporting period

April 1, 2014-March 31, 2015

Note: Some information outside the above period, such as background information, past data, and latest activities, is also included in the scope of reporting when deemed appropriate.

Target organizations

We report on selected activities throughout the Group, mainly focusing on activities pursued by individual Group companies in Japan.

The environmental data is compiled in line with the scope of our ISO 14001 certification.

Scope of reporting

We report on business initiatives, approaches to the business foundation, and social contribution activities pursued by each Group company in accordance with the Recruit Group CSR Policy. For financial information, please refer to our information for investors.

In reporting the Recruit Group's CSR efforts, we use an index based on the ISO 26000 core subjects to provide easily searchable and readable information. We also try to provide graphs, figures, and other illustrative materials in the most appealing visual format.
