Job description

Domestic taxation

  • Settlements, filings, daily consultations, etc. for domestic subsidiaries

International taxation

  • BEPS, transfer pricing, tax haven measures and tax system correspondence, etc.

Corporate restructuring, tax support for M&A

  • Domestic and overseas corporate restructuring and tax handling for M&A, etc.

Experience / Skills

  • Over 4-5 years of work experience related to Japanese corporate tax
  • English ability (reading / writing / conversation) above the level of daily conversation

  • Strong sense of responsibility to complete work

  • Experience / Skills
  • 7-8 years or more of corporate tax-related work experience (including 4-5 years or more in international taxation or reorganization taxation)
  • Cross-border tax project management experience
  • Business level or higher English ability (reading / writing / conversation)

  • Certified accountant / tax accountant
  • High problem-solving ability (even for difficult tasks, you can make a good solution without stopping thinking)
  • Ability to explain things clearly (can easily explain difficult technical issues to amateurs)
  • Outstanding communication skills (You can communicate with a feeling of emotional conviction while observing the other person's intentions)

Estimated annual income: 8,226,619 to 10,339,789 yen
Wage format: Monthly salary (including fixed overtime pay)

  • Total amount: 510,352 to 641,322 yen
  • Base salary: 395,111 to 496,507 yen
  • Grade allowance: 115,241 to 144,815 yen
  • * Thirty-five (35) hours of fixed overtime will be paid as a grade allowance regardless of overtime work.
    * Overtime allowance: Additional overtime allowance is paid.
    * Assessed twice a year
