Recruitment background Our IR Department is aiming to further improve the evaluation of Recruit Group, which is continually expanding its business globally. We are looking for colleagues who can further refine communication and information disclosures with domestic and foreign investors, and formulate and execute new capital market strategies.
Job description
  • Participation in One-on-One meetings with sell-side analysts and institutional investors
  • Preparation of financial statements (presentation, Q&A, speech manuscripts, qualitative information of financial statements)
  • Capital market strategy / IR strategy formulation in line with business strategy
  • Collection and analysis of qualitative information of our business

Requirements

Required experience

  • Sales / presentation experience for shareholders / investors * Experience at securities companies, business companies (advertising, IT, etc.), consulting companies, etc.
  • Balance of logical thinking and flexibility in communication
  • Business/Fluent level English proficiency
  • Experience in preparing and compiling financial statements (securities reports, financial statements, etc.) at commercial companies, or experience in the investment banking division (M&A and ECM) of securities companies, equity sales, equity research, etc.
  • High financial analysis and capital market analysis ability

Skills

  • Balance of logical thinking and flexibility in communication
  • Ability to think and execute in a way that contributes to management without being stuck to existing methods
  • High aspiration and resolve to take on a big challenges
  • Ability to continue thinking clearly even when a task is very abstract

Desired

  • Certified accountant USCPA securities analyst CFA and other qualified personnel
  • Expertise in the business environment and financial analysis * For young people (20s to early 30s): M&A experience at consulting companies and general trading companies is also applicable.

Salary

Estimated annual income: 8,226,619 to 12,931,134 yen
Wage format: Monthly salary (including fixed overtime pay)

  • Total amount: 510,352 to 802,292 yen
  • Base salary: 395,111 to 621,129 yen
  • Grade allowance: 115,241 to 181,163 yen
  • * Thirty-five (35) hours of fixed overtime will be paid as a grade allowance regardless of overtime work.
    * Overtime allowance: Additional overtime allowance is paid.
    * Assessed twice a year
