Recruit Staffing holds mock work programs online for middle and high school students with physical disabilities who attend special needs schools.

Statistics indicate that only about 30%^{^*1}of all special needs school graduates^{^*2}find employment after completing their studies, with reasons for foregoing employment including difficulties commuting to a place of work.

Since 2008, Recruit Staffing Crafts, a special subsidiary of Recruit Staffing, has been operating crafts-related businesses for people with severe intellectual disabilities and is involved in various job-creating initiatives around Japan. In April 2021, the team launched a new remote business initiative that allows people with severe physical disabilities to work from home.

Recruit Staffing aims to collaborate with municipalities and special needs schools and, by applying their accumulated knowledge to assist students with disabilities, build a robust foundation for their future careers.
