Recruit Holdings Announces a Change in Board of Directors

Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE 6098) ("Recruit Holdings" or the "Company") announced today a change in its Board of Directors. This change is subject to the approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2019.
1. Purpose of the Change
The Company appointed Hisayuki Idekoba, currently COO and Senior Managing Corporate Executive Officer, as new Board Director to accelerate the global expansion of Recruit Holdings' and its subsidiaries' (collectively the "Recruit Group") online businesses. He has driven much of Recruit Group's technology-based business growth and has successfully grown Indeed into a world-class global job site.
