Town Hall Meeting

The Town Hall Meeting is intended for the corporate officers and group company employees to discuss various themes in a casual setting.There were also some members in remote locations who joined the meeting online.We hold regularly and truly appreciate the feedback that helps us further engage in discussions with employees -- one of our stakeholder groups -- and continue feedback to management.

Sustainability training for employees

We conduct regular sustainability training (formerly CSR training) sessions for new recruits, both recent graduates and mid-career entrants, and newly appointed managers. Using videos and text, we define sustainability at Recruit Group, and share information about initiatives currently underway and the reasons why we proactively engage in the guiding principle of "contributing to society through our business" in the Sustainability Policy. We urge all employees to conduct their day-to-day work from a social perspective while maintaining an awareness of their responsibilities and the expectations placed upon them.

Employee survey

An annual survey is conducted to ask all employees in Recruit Group's main domestic companies about their daily awareness and actions regarding the Sustainability Policy. A report of the survey results is sent to the group companies, who continue to work on raising awareness on sustainability.
