The Ultimate CEO Awards honor those who set the standard in Jacksonville USA's business community. The award looks for CEOs who demonstrate a strong record of innovation, outstanding performance, civic leadership, charitable contributions, and a significant involvement in the community.
Rafe, who joined CSI in 2005 and became CEO in 2011, received the award in September 2017 after being nominated by The CSI Companies in the category of large companies ($51 million and up).

Even though recruitment is CSI's business, Rafe's biggest challenge is still finding the right people for his company. "We have a unique culture. We're very lean. We ask a lot of our people. They are rewarded well, but we work hard and play hard."
