In 2019, the company changed its name to Bright Plus to convey the positivity, openness, professional excellence, and personal approach of its staff and emphasize the profession's evolution. Staff Service Business Support's "Cloudwork" promotes a flexible environment for people with disabilities that allows them to do remote work. Cloudwork's goal is to eliminate negative stereotypes about people with disabilities who cannot commute, and provide them with inclusive employment opportunities and responsibilities.
