Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. Announces Changes in Corporate Executive Officers

Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE 6098) ("Recruit Holdings" or the "Company") announced today changes in Corporate Executive Officers effective April 1, 2018.
1. Purpose of the Changes in Corporate Executive Officers
Recruit Holdings and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Recruit Group") will begin operating under a new group management structure effective April 1, 2018, as a result of the Group Reorganization.
This new management structure will allow the Company to focus on its holding company functions with a highly efficient group management structure including group governance, monitoring and managing systems for the group companies' operating performance and financial data. Each Strategic Business Unit ("SBU's") will strengthen its management capabilities at its respective SBU headquarters to develop their businesses more quickly in line with business strategies.
Under this new structure, the Recruit Group aims to increase enterprise value and accelerate the development of its next generation of leaders.
In accordance with the launch of this new structure, the Company's Board of Directors resolved the new executive structure and leadership team.
