    Previous measures

    • Recommendation of telecommuting and staggered work hours for all employees.

    • Prohibition of overseas business trips and restrictions on domestic business trips.

    • Postponement or cancellation of internal and external events and meetings with a large number of participants.

    • Infection prevention by distributing masks and disinfectants to employees.

    Additional measures

    • All employees to work from home (or stay home if their role can only be performed in person).

    • Prohibition of domestic business trips from the target areas to other areas.

    • Total ban of domestic business trips to other regions.

    Target areas
Areas where the Recruit Group deems additional measures are necessary based on the national government’s declaration of a state of emergency and each local government’s declaration of a state of emergency (additional areas will be added as needed).

    Period
    Until Sunday, May 31

Going forward, the Recruit Group will continue to place the highest priority on deterring the spread of infection inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety of employees while promptly determining and implementing response policies based on government policies and action plans. As the situation changes, we will adjust the preventive measures and the implementation period accordingly.

We appreciate the understanding of all concerned parties.
