TOKYO, JAPAN (December 2, 2020) - Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE: 6098) (the "Company") announced today that, concerning the repurchases of its shares announced on November 30, 2020 (the "Share Repurchases"), the period for the Share Repurchases was determined as follows.

Period for the Share Repurchases:
From Monday, December 7, 2020 through Friday, February 26, 2021

* The period for the Share Repurchases was decided upon today's determination of the offering price and other matters for the secondary offering of shares of common stock of the Company resolved at the Board of Directors' meeting dated November 30, 2020 (the "Offering").
