Recruit Holdings Announces Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members

Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE 6098) ("Recruit Holdings" or the "Company") announced today its Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members of FYE May 2022. These members are subject to the approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2021. There will be no change taking place on April 1, 2021 to the management structure which was announced on January 13, 2021.
