The 62nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders
In holding this Annual Meeting of Shareholders, we give top priority to preventing infection to our shareholders. Therefore, please refrain from visiting the venue on the day of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders and exercise your voting rights in advance via the Internet or in writing.
The deadline for exercising voting rights is Jun 20, 2022 (Mon), 5:30 p.m. JST arrival or reception. For details, please refer to P5-6 of "Notice of the 62nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders" or "Instructions for Attending Annual Meeting of Shareholders".
Furthermore, we will place top priority on the prevention of infection in operating the Meeting. To reduce the risk of infection on the day of the Meeting, the number of seats will be reduced due to increased spacing between the seats and the time of the proceedings will be shortened. We will also conduct temperature checks and wear masks. As such, please note that you may not be able to find a seat even if you come to the venue in person.
