Recruit Holdings Announces Candidates for Board of Directors and Audit and Supervisory Board Members

Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE 6098) (“Recruit Holdings” or the “Company”) announced today its Board of Directors and Audit and Supervisory Board Members Candidates for the fiscal year 2025. These members are subject to approvals at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2025.
1. Candidate for New Board Director
The Company has decided to appoint Tsuyoshi Kodera to the role of Independent Director of the Board to further strengthen the management and supervision of its overall business operations and to enhance enterprise value.
Mr. Kodera has experience in launching global network services and has extensive knowledge in information security, a critically important field for our company.
Hisayuki Idekoba, president and CEO of the Company, commenting on the appointment, said, "We are pleased to welcome Mr. Kodera to the Recruit Holdings Board of Directors. Given his depth of experience and insights, as well as his management expertise, we believe he is well suited for the role of Independent Director and can help the Company achieve sustainable growth.”
In addition, Hiroki Totoki, who has served as an Independent Director of the Company since June 2018, will resign at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2025. Hisayuki thanked Mr. Totoki, saying, "On behalf of the company's Board of Directors and all the employees, I would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Totoki for his enormous contributions during this important period for our Company.
